My goal is to photograph, enhance and present your property in its best light & in a way that the viewer will want to be there. It requires precision, patience, attention to detail and planning around many

pre-existing conditions that have a difficulty to be manipulated like the weather, sun position, human activity or existing lighting conditions.

My experience in commercial photography ranges from Church's, Government Buildings, Hospitals, Assisted Living Facilities, Hotel Chains, Collage Campuses, Auto Facilities, Fire Stations, Capital Buildings, Restaurant's,  Art Museums, Retail Businesses, Boutiques, Rental Properties, Ocean Lakes Campground, Golf Courses &

so much more.

Once I’ve been contacted and hired by a client, a consultation will be performed whether in person or via phone. This will provide me some guidance regarding the goal / intent of the photos, how and where they’ll be used, and any specific shots your hoping to come away with.

 

Next, I need help contacting and coordinating with building management, either a property manager or a tenant / occupancy coordinator, in order to gain access and permissions, reserve common areas, coordinate with tenants as necessary, and schedule the shoot day(s).

 

Finally, once the photography’s done it will take me a few days to go through what’s usually hundreds if not thousands of images. I go through and select the BEST images that really showcase the property. These are the images that I will edit and send over digitally. Depending on which collection you choose & the number of images you have chosen it can take 1-2 weeks for turnaround.

Below there are fifteen collections.

Each collection has three different options to choose from.

Basic, Standard & Luxury.

Each collection is based off the number of images, the photography session, enhancing & editing the images, raw file processing, high quality-high resolution luxury magazine quality images,

 sky enhancements, yard and foliage enhancements, sky replacements, artificial twilight shots and real time twilight sessions.

• Basic- is Basic HDR, Magazine quality editing. Sky enhancement, Yard & Foliage will be enhanced. 

 

• Standard- is Standard HDR, Magazine quality editing. For all exterior images I will go in and replace the sky with a beautiful sky that really attracts the eye. This feature helps enhance the image to give it a more put together Magazine quality image. Yard & Foliage will be enhanced. You will receive one Artificial Twilight image which means I will shoot during the day and take the image from day to night. 

 

• Luxury-  is Luxury HDR, Magazine quality editing. For all exterior images I will go in and replace the sky with a beautiful sky that really attracts the eye. This feature helps enhance the image to give it a more put together Magazine quality image. Yard & Foliage will be enhanced. You will receive two Twilight images which means I will shoot at sunset right when the sun is going down and the sky is lit up with its beautiful Carolina sunset sky!.

Each collection is a starting out price.

Each commercial photo shoot is different so there are a lot of variables that determine the final cost. You will receive an estimate once we know more about the photoshoot.
